Ketika menulis itu tidak lagi menjadi sesuatu yang mudah dilakukan.... Ketika pikiran dan perasaan tidak mengalir seiring untuk menyampaikan pesan - pesan.... atau ketika bibir tidak lagi mampu berucap karena tembok - tembok masa lalu menjadi penghalang untuk merangkai kata hati yang tidak mampu terbuka dalam ingatan...

Kehilangan Passion?

Apakah kamu kehilangan passion atau mungkin malah belum menemukan passion kehidupan kamu? Pagi - pagi saya mendapatkan pertanyaan sederhana namun membuat (lagi - lagi) saya merenung. Jujurnya... Saya sedang mengalami situasi datar menjalani kehidupan. Semuanya terasa biasa.

When we only have a little time.... I am thinking... What will I do for a little time I have in this world?
... I just only wait... or just have fun with my friends? .... or maybe spare my whole time with the people I love? ... Or going around the world to see How beautiful the creation He has made?

What is Our Signature?

Beberapa hari lalu saya terlibat sebuah diskusi yang dalam dengan pribadi yang istimewa bagi saya. Dari percakapan sederhana dan santai lalu sampai kepada sebuah issue: signature yang notabene sebenarnya kami sedang berdiskusi tentang budaya organisasi. Lalu sampailah kepada pertanyaan begini: "warisan apa yang akan kita tinggalkan bagi anak - anak kita dan pemimpin kita di organisasi?"

Berserah itu....

Berserah itu bukan berarti menyerah....
Berserah itu bukan berarti kalah...
Berserah itu bukan berarti tidak berjuang...

Mulai dari yang Sederhana

Mana yang mudah dilakukan? Bermimpi besar atau memulai langkah awal diluar yang biasa kita lakukan? Mana yang lebih mudah? Melakukan yang biasa kita lakukan atau memulai sebuah langkah radikal untuk sebuah perubahan? Mana yang lebih mudah dilakukan? Berjanji atas sesuatu atau menepati janji yang sudah kita katakan?

Terpisahkan Karena...

Mengapa terjadi perpisahan? Mengapa terjadi perpecahan?

Asal

Kadang memang tidak mudah untuk mengeluarkan apa yang kita pikirkan dan rasakan, mungkin sering. Kadang juga sebuah situasi membuat kita bertahan terhadap situasi yang lain. Seperti saat ini. Saya memaksakan diri saya untuk menulis.

Kejujuran hati

Apa makna sebuah kejujuran? Kita, mungkin saya begitu mudah berkata kepada orang lain, "jujurlah". Namun seberapa mampu kita benar - benar jujur?

Seberapa sering kita tidak jujur dengan alasan supaya tidak melukai perasaan orang lain? Dan kita, mungkin saya berusaha mengatakan apa yang ingin didengar orang lain. Mungkin anda tidak, tetapi saya. Kita terlalu sering menggunakan topeng itu, bukan? Mungkin anda tidak, tetapi saya. Dan tanpa disadari, kita berulah dari satu kebohongan kepada kebohongan yang lain. Lalu kita, tepatnya saya semakin absurd membedakan mana yang merupakan kejujuran dan mana yang sesungguhnya kebohongan.

Kata orang mata adalah jendela hati dan ketika kita mulai tidak jujur dengan lawan bicara kita, tatapan mata kita beralih pandang kepada yang lain. Atau lalu mungkin karena begitu pintarnya kita menutupi kebenaran, lalu kita membuat ketidakbenaran menjadi sebuah kebenaran. Mungkin anda tidak, mungkin saya.

What is our Focus?

After finishing all of my whole day project and checked some tasks that isn't finished yet, I then asked my self. What is my focus? What is my real focus? What do I really want to give for the better world?

Often we are very busy about what we want. We put our head for everything which can make us more valuable, richer, well known, etc. Then we forget our human basic essential.

I do ask my self when I trying to chase something. Do I really need this or I just want to show to many people that I can finish them? That I can do more than they think.

Then I ended the day with my question. What is my focus? Do stuff things that will bring me to be a robot or do something which can make me the real human?

I do find the answer.

Konsekuensi Sebuah Pilihan

Pernah dihadapkan oleh situasi tertentu yang memaksa kita harus menentukan pilihan? Saya yakin semua pernah. Apakah pilihan itu mudah ataupun sangat sulit. Dan kadang kala kita dihadapkan oleh sebuah situasi dimana pilihan - pilihan yang ada begitu rumit untuk kita putuskan. Karena kita tidak tahu apakah pilihan itu merupakan keputusan yang terbaik atau malah kebalikannya.
